After 75 mg of Benadryl a night, many cups of relaxing tea, multiple hypnosis and rain forest cds, I decided to your subliminal products. Once I started listening to the CD I almost never hear the end of the it! I loop it on my cd player with "Deep Sleep – Sleep Aid" all night. I am sleeping so much better.

Deep Sleep - Sleep Aid: Ok your product saved me last night. I downloaded the MP3 and My insomniatic 6 yr old twin was able to fall asleep in 11 minutes, (o yes ! I timed it !). The other (with a normal sleep pattern) fell asleep in just under 2 minutes.

I love listening to the self-confidence audio CD. Before I bought it, I would never leave my own house. Every day, I would find an excuse to stay in the house, such as wrinkled clothes, fatigue, or fear. Every night, I would always stay at my home, never leaving.
