| Q: When can I expect to receive my order? |
| A: Orders for our MP3s are completed and ready for download instantly. For audio CDs however, please allow 3-5 business days for processing and an additional 3-5 business days for delivery (USPS est.). If you haven't received your order after ten business days from date of purchase please contact us and we will resend if needed. |

| Q: How do MP3 digital downloads work? |
A: Once checkout has been completed you will be prompted with the option to download the product(s) purchased. Select "Save to disc" and choose a spot on your computer where you want the file downloaded. Furthermore, an email will also be sent with a link and password to our secure download site. It is important that the email address you enter during checkout is valid because this is where the download link will be sent. After you have arrived at the download center simply copy and paste the login and password provided in the email and choose where you want the MP3 on your computer.

I was experiencing one of the worst times of my life, luckily I came across “An End to Depression”. Thankfully, I did get better. I still listen to it from time to time when I'm struggling. The major difference that I can feel is that bad thoughts don't stay in my head, and somehow they are blocked quickly so I just leave them alone and not keep thinking about them over and over (which is quite common for people with stress/depression problems). I've spent a bunch of money on stuff like this, and I’m glad I finally found one that works.
